WorkRunner works best when you add your real tasks and projects and use it during real working days. That takes a little time. If WorkRunner does not help you feel more in control of your working day, email us within 90 days of your first payment and we will refund you. We may ask what did not work so we can improve WorkRunner, but you do not need to argue your case.

Not at the moment. WorkRunner is a paid app, but every new customer is protected by the 90-day founder guarantee.

You create your login details, choose a plan, and complete payment securely on Stripe. Your WorkRunner account is created after Stripe confirms payment.

Yes. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically, and you can ask to cancel before your next renewal by emailing paul@workrunner.ai. Self-serve billing is not advertised yet because it is not part of the current public flow.

Lifetime early access is a one-time payment for continued access to the WorkRunner app while the service is available. It is intended for early supporters, not as a separate feature tier.
